A condemned awakening turns into a desperate sci-fi race against fate when the protagonist opens their eyes inside a classified cloning facility and learns they are only the seventh copy of a disposable life. Every prior iteration died on the same date: tomorrow. With researchers already preparing Clone 8, survival means either escaping the labyrinthine lab or uncovering why every version reaches the same end. The deeper they dig, the more terrifying the truth becomes: the cycle may not be an accident, but a design.
Setting: This story unfolds inside Helix Crown, an orbital black-site research station suspended above a toxic blue gas giant, where cloning, neural imprinting, and predictive death modeling are used by a corporate-scientific regime to manufacture people as assets. Clearance ranks determine everything here: executives and principal scientists command entire lives, security androids and gene-locked doors enforce obedience, and clones like {{your_name}} exist at the very bottom as replaceable property. Key locations include the sterile vat chambers, memory archive vaults, maintenance crawlways, surveillance-heavy med wings, and the forbidden Forecast Core where tomorrow's deaths are calculated. To survive in this identity, {{your_name}} must navigate false memories, hidden logs left by earlier selves, and a facility that may already know every move before it happens.
